Why no free trial?
Because a trial is something you have to remember to cancel. Complaints about trials renewing into charges are among the most common in this category's reviews. Questions
Is the one-time purchase really for good?
Yes. It is a non-renewing purchase tied to your Apple Account. It covers every session in the app, including ones added later. It restores on a new iPhone from Settings in the app.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Auralis, Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is wrong with the app itself, email us first and we will try to fix it.
I switched from monthly to the one-time purchase. Do I need to cancel?
Yes. Buying the one-time purchase does not cancel a subscription by itself, so cancel the monthly plan in Settings to stop it renewing.
