How much does Lumenate cost?
In the US, Lumenate Plus is $13.99 a month or $79.99 a year, according to its App Store listing on October 14, 2026. The listing also shows lower prices of $6.99 and $39.99, which appear to be first-period offers. Lumenate does not publish its prices on its own website.

Prices change. What you are offered in the app can differ from this list, for example after an onboarding questionnaire or through a web offer. The price on Apple's confirmation sheet is the one that counts.
How the free trial works
Lumenate's subscriptions renew automatically. Reviewers describe free trials that turn into a paid plan when they end. On iPhone, a trial that you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends renews into the plan you picked. A yearly plan is charged for the full year at once.
Price and the paywall are the most common complaints in Lumenate's recent reviews. Charges after a trial come up again and again. In 100 recent US reviews we read in October 2026, 38 mentioned price or the paywall. If you start a trial, set a reminder for the day before it ends.
How to cancel Lumenate
On iPhone
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions, then Lumenate.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
On Android
Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Lumenate and Cancel subscription.
If you were charged and did not mean to be
On iPhone, refunds are handled by Apple, not by Lumenate: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the charge and choose "Request a refund". Apple decides case by case. A request made soon after the charge is the most likely to succeed.
Is Lumenate worth it?
It can be. If you use it several nights a week, value the guided sessions and music, or need Android, $79.99 a year buys a large, well-made product. If what you want is the light-and-sound experience itself, you can get that for much less.
Two things worth knowing before you pay:
- Lumenate offers free access if cost is a barrier. Its App Store listing asks you to email support@lumenategrowth.com.
- Cheaper ways to try the same effect exist. Auralis's Wander and Sleep sessions are free with no time limit. All seven sessions are $19.99 once. 6th Mind is free. All the alternatives.

Is Lumenate free?
The app is free to download, but most of it needs Lumenate Plus, a monthly or yearly subscription. Lumenate offers free access by email to people for whom cost is a barrier.
Does Lumenate have a lifetime plan?
Not that we could find. Its App Store listing, checked on October 14, 2026, describes only monthly and yearly subscriptions. Auralis and Calmind both sell one-time purchases.
Why was I charged for a year of Lumenate?
Most likely a free trial renewed into the yearly plan. On iPhone you can see the subscription and its renewal date in Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Why does Lumenate cost more in Australia than in the US?
Developers set prices per country and Apple converts them with local tax, so they rarely match exchange rates. Every app on the store, Auralis included, has different local prices.
